All donations from the public to Project Las Americas are used only for project
implementation which directly benefits those in need. We do not pay any board
members for services or reimburse them for travel or other expenses. The
President agrees to contribute an amount equal to or greater of all normal
administrative costs such as accounting and routine legal requirements. As a
result 100% of your donations will go directly to humanitarian projects.
We may contract or temporarily hire personnel, such as teachers, health
professionals or others to provide services directly to beneficiaries in
projects. We may also pay for logistical expenses incurred in implementing
projects such as transportation and customs.
Legal expenses which may result of actions taken in support of a project, by our
organization, directors and staff, may not be considered administrative and
could be paid by Project Las Americas. |
