Fátima is a young Dominican woman with identical twin baby girls, both suffer frequent sicknesses related to the poor hygienic conditions in their home. She lives alone and she can not work, as she has no one to leave her children with.  Her home is one single room 10 x 10 foot and like many of the others it continuously floods.
